Is celebrity doctor Vicki Belo giving up her love for Hayden Kho?

In her official Twitter account, Belo said that Kho can now openly date actress-singer Nancy Castiglione or Nancy Jane.

"nancycastilogne you can now openly date @haydenjr . You have my blessings . Hope you'll both be happy," Belo said.

Rumors have circulated that Kho was allegedly spotted earlier this week kissing Castiglione at a bar in Taguig.

For his part, Kho admitted that he and Belo are having a misunderstanding.

"Before things go out of hand: Vicki and I are just having a misunderstanding. Don't make conclusions. There's infidelity issue here," Kho said in his Twitter.

"I meant NO infidelity issue," he quickly cleared.

Kho, who is infamous for his sex videos, is now appealing to the public not to cast their judgement right away for the sake of Castiglione's children.

"I'd like to appeal to everyone to please hold your judgement. There has been a misunderstanding and it's gone out of proportion. I feel that the public doesn't have to get involved in this but since names have to be cleared and this issue involves the welfare of two innocent toddlers, I will have to speak out my piece, but at the right time. Thank you," Kho said.

Castiglione, who is not married, gave birth to twins Matteo and Joaquin in March 2009.

Vicky Belo and Hayden Kho engaged

Celebrity doctor Vicky Belo has finally announced her engagement with her boyfriend, Hayden Kho.

In an interview with “Showbiz News Ngayon,” Belo said she and Kho got engaged in December 2010.

“Well actually the truth is we’re engaged. We’re engaged pero matagal na December pa. Pero mayroon lang kaunting mga issue na... mahabang kuwento,” she said.

Kho, on the other hand, said: “Pinili lang talaga namin before na huwag na lang muna ipaalam sa kahit sino kasi gusto namin ma-enjoy muna.”

During the opening of The Belo Medical Group’s newest clinic in Greenbelt in Makati last February, Yolanda Hadid, fiancee of international singer David Foster, slipped and told the entertainment press that there is an upcoming “wedding” between Belo and Kho.

Belo and Kho evaded the media then and refused to say anything about the rumor.

Doctor Vicki Belo opens first clinic in US

She is known as “Asia's Guru of Beauty” and now Dr. Vicki Belo is taking on Hollywood.

Just recently, Belo held a star-studded grand opening for her new clinic in Glendale, California.

The Glendale clinic is the first Belo clinic in the US which does non-invasive procedures.

Belo has a home in Glendale and she is planning to work at the clinic when she goes on her US vacations.

“They (people) always ask me when I'm coming to the States and 40% of our foreign patients are from the West Coast,” Belo said.

Singers Gary Valenciano and Martin Nievera, who just finished their joint concert, said they and their wives often ask Belo for beauty tips.

“Not just with artists but everyone back home. She has created a name,” said Valenciano.

International composer David Foster also has good words for Belo and said she will surely be a big hit in Hollywood.

“We love her work. We think she's a genius,” Foster siad.

Belo was joined by boyfriend Hayden Kho at the grand opening. The two, however, would not say if a wedding is in the works.

“Wala pa. Secret ‘yan, secret, but we will let you know,” said Kho.

Though the clinic has not formally opened yet, there is already a long waiting list.

The clinic is already booked with consultations until the end of the year.

Vicki Belo: sad over Mo-Rhian break-up

Cosmetic surgeon Dra. Vicki Belo expressed regret over the break-up of her friend, DJ-host Mo Twister, and actress Rhian Ramos.

Belo was in the United States for the Manny Pacquiao-Shane Mosley fight when Mo and Ramos called it quits.

The beauty specialist said, "Si Mo, I know mahal na mahal niya si Rhian. That one I know for sure. I think maybe this is the first [time] he's really getting brokenhearted."

Belo had a special message for Mo (Mohan Gumatay in real life): "Hang in there. Everything passes. That's what I've learned. Sana whatever you had, keep it beautiful. 'Wag na lang magsalita against each other kasi ang pangit naman. Kahit papaano, marami din kayong pinagdaanan."

Belo's boyfriend, celebrity-entrepreneur Hayden Kho, is Mo's best friend.

Early this month, Ramos and Mo broke up and posted their thoughts on the microblogging site Twitter.

Mo confirmed the break-up on the TV show "Papparazi".

Ramos's camp, on the other hand, has yet to comment on the issue.

A report said Atty. Lorna Kapunan, Ramos's legal counsel, will answer all of the questions involving the former couple.
