Television host Charlene Gonzales made it to the list of top local trending topics on the microblogging site Twitter on Sunday.
This after she surprised everyone with her short, pixie-cut hair.
Before she took a break from hosting entertainment show “The Buzz,” Gonzalez had long locks.
The TV host, however, denied that she is going though something in her personal life that’s why she decided to cut her hair.
“Eh kasi ‘di ba New Year so bagong look, bagong life. Happy life,” said Gonzales.
Gonzales said it has been her dream to sport a short hair.
“Noon ko pa talaga pinapangarap na magpa-[short] hair pero sabi ko there’s no better time to do it than now. It’s always been my dream. Dream will always be a dream if you don’t act upon it,” she said.
Meanwhile, a lot of netizens admired Gonzales’ new hairdo.
Twitter user @1D_Babe said Gonzales looked like American TV personality Kris Jenner with her new style.
